Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VigilynMagixWeb, including its website, Discord management features, Creator Alerts and supported third-party integrations.

1. Service

VigilynMagixWeb provides Discord security, moderation, server management, logging and creator notification features. Some functionality may rely on external platforms such as Discord, TikTok or Twitch.

2. Connected accounts

Users may connect supported third-party accounts only through the authorization methods made available by those platforms. Users remain responsible for their own third-party accounts and for permissions they grant.

3. TikTok integration

TikTok functionality is used only for supported features and only after the user completes the relevant TikTok authorization flow. VigilynMagixWeb may access only those TikTok permissions and products approved for the application and authorized by the user.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use VigilynMagixWeb to:

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• circumvent platform permissions or security controls;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• abuse, overload or disrupt the service;
• use connected-platform data for unauthorized purposes.

5. Availability

VigilynMagixWeb may update, suspend or modify features when required for maintenance, security, platform changes or service improvements. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

6. Third-party platforms

Use of Discord, TikTok, Twitch and other external services is also subject to the terms and policies of those services. VigilynMagixWeb does not control availability or changes made by those platforms.

7. Account and integration removal

Access to an integration may be disabled where necessary for security, abuse prevention, platform compliance or violation of these Terms. Users may also disconnect supported integrations.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version will remain available on the official VigilynMagixWeb website.
