Effective date: 2 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing, authorizing, connecting an account to, or otherwise using VigilynMagixWeb, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Discord server, organization or business, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

2. Description of the Service

VigilynMagixWeb may provide:

3. Permissions and Administration

Server owners and administrators are responsible for granting only the permissions required for their intended use of VigilynMagixWeb and for reviewing role hierarchy, channel visibility and automated moderation settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on Discord, Twitch, TikTok or other third-party platforms. Where authorization is required, VigilynMagixWeb uses the third-party platform's official authorization process when supported and does not request users' third-party account passwords.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Automated Actions

Depending on configuration, VigilynMagixWeb may automatically delete messages, remove users, remove unauthorized bots, create or manage channels, and perform moderation or security actions.

Server owners remain responsible for reviewing their configuration before enabling automated moderation or security features.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue features for maintenance, security, platform API changes, legal requirements or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

VigilynMagixWeb, its original code, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to MagixWeb, except for third-party trademarks, APIs, software and content belonging to their respective owners.

10. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where we reasonably believe the Service is being abused, used unlawfully or operated in violation of these Terms or platform rules. Server owners may remove the bot at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Audit and alert systems may be affected by API delays, missing events, permission settings, network errors or third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagixWeb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
