1. Who We Are
VigilynMagixWeb is operated under the MagixWeb brand and provides Discord security, moderation, audit, community-management and creator-notification features.
2. Information We May Process
2.1 Discord information
- Discord user, guild, channel and role IDs;
- usernames, display names and mentions;
- server configuration and moderation settings;
- invite metadata used for invite tracking;
- message content required for anti-spam, edit and deletion auditing;
- moderation and audit-log information such as kicks, bans and responsible administrators.
2.2 Twitch information
- Twitch broadcaster/user ID;
- login name and display name;
- profile image;
- stream status, stream ID, title and category/game;
- viewer count and stream thumbnail;
- links to the creator's Twitch channel.
2.3 TikTok information
Where a TikTok creator explicitly authorizes VigilynMagixWeb using TikTok's official authorization process, the Service may process only the information permitted by the approved scopes, which may include:
- basic profile information such as display name and avatar;
- an account identifier supplied by TikTok;
- public video metadata made available through the approved API;
- authorization tokens required to maintain the creator's connection.
VigilynMagixWeb does not request or store a creator's TikTok password.
3. Why We Process Information
- anti-spam and automated moderation;
- message edit and deletion auditing;
- invite tracking and server security;
- bot-installation protection;
- Twitch live notifications;
- TikTok creator/video notifications where enabled and authorized;
- configuration, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and reliability.
4. Legal Basis
Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent or authorization for connected accounts, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Message Audit Storage
Where Message Audit is enabled, VigilynMagixWeb may temporarily cache message information so deleted or edited messages can be reported to authorized server administrators.
The current technical design may retain cached message-audit records for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
6. Connected Account Tokens
Access and refresh tokens for supported connected-account features are used only to perform authorized API requests. Secrets and tokens are not intentionally displayed to Discord members or included in public alert messages.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Data may be transmitted to or received from service providers and platforms necessary to provide the Service, including Discord, Twitch and TikTok, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Visibility Inside Discord
Some information is intentionally displayed inside Discord channels configured by server administrators, such as moderation logs, message-audit records and creator alerts. Server owners are responsible for choosing appropriate channel visibility.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect credentials and stored service data. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data Retention
Configuration data is generally retained while a server uses the Service. Operational data may be retained for limited periods needed for the relevant feature and may be deleted when no longer needed or when the Service is removed.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing.
Connected creator accounts may revoke authorization through the relevant third-party platform and, where available, through VigilynMagixWeb account-management features.
12. Children
VigilynMagixWeb is not intended to override the minimum-age requirements of Discord, Twitch, TikTok or applicable law.
13. International Processing
Discord and connected platforms may process information in multiple countries. Their own privacy policies govern their processing activities.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, legal requirements or platform API changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
